- Opening video of a package is MUST. No return/refund requests will be accepted without the video.
- Return/refund request should be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
- No order cancellation/refunds once the order is confirmed and payment is done.
- If any damages during transit, refund/replacement will be provided as per customer’s choice.

- Shipping charges are extra, depending on actual and volumetric weights.
- It usually takes 3-7 days to prepare, dispatch and deliver any order. But for some pin codes, it might take a little longer to deliver.
- For customized orders, preparation and delivery time could vary between 10-15 days.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, if any dispatches are getting delayed and impacting your delivery time, we request your to please reach out to us through Whatsapp and sort out the situation.
- Please do not place any urgent orders as we cannot commit anything on behalf of delivery partners.
- Urgent orders (delivery within 2-3 days) can be done only at our base location (Udaipur, Rajasthan). Pickup needs to be arranged by the customer.
